- How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by your app store. Go to your device's System Settings → Subscriptions → FitNova to manage or cancel. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period. - How do I request a refund?
Refunds must be requested directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where you made the purchase. FitNova does not process payments or refunds directly. - How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from within the app settings (Settings → Account → Delete Account), or by emailing us at support@fitnovaapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion". Upon deletion, all personal data — including profile information, workout history, diet logs, chat metadata, and shared media — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Important: Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play settings before deleting your account. - How do I report a user or inappropriate chat content?
You can report users or content directly from within any chat conversation using the "Report" button. You may choose to forward specific messages to our moderation team. You can also report issues by emailing us. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours. - How do I block or mute another user?
You can block or mute any user directly from their profile or from within a chat conversation. Blocked users will not be able to contact you or find your profile. - How do I change my account visibility (Public/Private)?
Go to the app settings to toggle between Public and Private account visibility. Public accounts are discoverable by any user via username or name search. Private accounts require you to approve chat requests before conversations can begin. - How do I exercise my privacy rights (data access, correction, or deletion)?
You can submit privacy-related requests by emailing support@fitnovaapp.com. This includes requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other applicable privacy laws. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
